SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 10–14 business days depending on your location. This timeframe begins once your order leaves our warehouse and does not include processing time.
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Expedited orders are processed with priority and shipped the next business day when available.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. You can also log into your ASCND account to view order status at any time.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Events outside our control
Risk of Loss
Once your package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We recommend tracking your package and signing for delivery to protect your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at leon@ascndorg.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
- Tracking information
We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Depending on the carrier's investigation, we may issue a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing times. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for your return.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and is non-refundable if your order is cancelled after shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us at leon@ascndorg.com to arrange reshipment or a refund.
Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is confirmed and in processing. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at leon@ascndorg.com before your order ships. If we cannot accommodate the change, the package will be shipped to the original address.
