Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • With original tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact leon@ascndorg.com with photos of the item and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect items and deny returns that don't meet these conditions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping for your protection.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your return, inspection may take 7–10 business days. If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. No refunds are issued for return shipping costs.


Damages & Defects

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos if your item arrives defective or damaged. We'll replace or refund the item at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items worn, used, or washed
  • Missing tags or damaged packaging
  • Beauty/personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

No direct exchanges. Return your item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have 14 days to return items (same conditions apply). Return shipping is customer's responsibility.


Refund Deductions

We reserve the right to deduct from refunds for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees (up to 15%) for items in sellable condition
  • Processing fees if applicable

No Returns After 30 Days

Requests submitted after 30 days will be declined.


This protects you from: abuse, worn items passed off as new, cost losses, and extended processing. It's still customer-friendly but clearly business-focused.
